Saira Khan who went by the TikTok username sairakhan.999 (now not available) uploaded the video on the short video sharing platform in 2020.

This part of the video where she said “Shafeek meri baat suno, I love you kehne ka tumhara koi maksad nahi tha, tum thanks bhi bol sakte the agar maine duet tumhare saath kiya, theek hai na, iska matlab yeh nahi hai ke tum mujhe I love You boldo” gained popularity among short video creators on TikTok and Instagram reel as these creators started using the sound for making their own content.
