Bas 10 number hogaya refers to a popular meme originated from the 2010 Bollywood comedy movie Golmaal 3.

In the movie Vasooli bhai (played by Mukesh Tiwari) asks for the number of the guy who take away his money from Gopal and co. by saying “Number de uska”. To which stammerer Laxman replies “9999888222” and Vasooli bhai says “Bas 10 number hogaya”.
